They are seeking a Highway / Infrastructure Design Engineer to join their growing team in Manchester. The Role:
You’ll play a key part in delivering detailed highway and infrastructure designs across a variety of UK projects. The role offers hands-on experience with exciting schemes, working alongside multidisciplinary teams and supporting the full design and technical approval process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce detailed designs for highway, drainage, and infrastructure projects.

• Support Section 278/38 and 104/106 technical approval submissions.

• Work with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and associated design software.

• Ensure designs meet DMRB, Manual for Streets, and relevant standards.

• Collaborate effectively within project teams to deliver on time and to budget.

About You:

• Experience in highway/infrastructure design and approvals.

• Good understanding of UK design standards and technical processes.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

• Member (or working towards membership) of CIHT, ICE, or similar.
