Civil Engineer

Location: Central London (home based initially)

Salary: up to £45,000 dependent on experience

Emtech are recruiting for a Civil Engineer on behalf of a large, well known Civil & Structural Engineering Consultancy in London. As a business they have over 100 staff and the Civil Engineering team in London is a team of more than 20 Engineers.

In this role you will be working underneath a Chartered Engineer / Associate assisting with road and drainage designs for a whole range of projects in the UK and internationally.

Ideally you will have the following experience:

• 1-4 years experience in drainage design for developments such as residential, commercial, industrial, leisure, healthcare etc.
• Experience with Microdrainage
• Good knowledge of SUDS
• Experience undertaking flood risk assessments would be beneficial but not essential
• Experience in road design and the use of Civil 3D is beneficial but again not essential, the key experience required is within drainage design and the rest can be taught
