Civil Engineer

Location: Exeter

Salary: up to 40k dependent on experience + bonus + pension + 25 days holiday + healthcare + other benefits

Emtech are working with a Civil Engineering Consultancy who are looking for a Civil Engineer with a background in Infrastructure Design for developments to join their team in Exeter. As a business they have 3 offices and 60 staff. In the Exeter office you will be joining a growing Civil Engineering team offering you the opportunity to take on responsibility and progress in your career working on a range of projects across Residential, Retail, Commercial and Education in the UK

Experience Required:

• 1- 5 years experience in highway and drainage design for development projects such as residential, commercial, retail, town re-developments, mixed use schemes etc.
• Able to designs for road layouts, junctions, car parks.
• Experience in negotiation S278, S38, S104, S106 is beneficial.
• Good knowledge of SUDS, prior experience carrying out flood risk assessments would be beneficial.
• Technical capability with AutoCAD, Civil 3D and Microdrainage.

This company are working on some large projects and are looking for an Engineer to help to deliver on their current schemes. You will be reporting to a Principal Civil Engineer with responsibility of managing your own smaller projects with supervision. A Chartership training programme is in place and full support will be provided.

Flexibility is offered in this role and you will be able to work from home and from the office.

Salary is negotiable dependent on level of experience.
